I, the renter, hereby agree that the poultry trailer above will be returned on time, clean, and undamaged by the agreed-upon date. The steps outlined below are the minimum standards that should be followed by all persons conducting visits to farms or livestock/poultry concentration points in the state of West Virginia. Park your vehicle in such a manner to avoid driving your vehicle into or through animal production areas. If you must drive through animal production area, assure that vehicle tire and wheel wells are appropriately cleaned (free of organic debris) and disinfected prior to leaving the premises. If this cannot be accomplished on the farm, then clean and disinfect at the nearest automatic car wash. All equipment taken onto premises must stay on site and be disinfected before leaving the premise. Cleanliness checklist - all blood washed from equipment - all offal removed from equipment - feathers should be largely removed, with a few remnant feathers being unavoidable and acceptable - any mechanical issues post-use should be communicated to WVFMA .
